This allows you to quickly pay your current balance due one time without storing your bank account information.

Enrollment:
Allows you to track your online payment history, store bank account information, and conveniently schedule automatic payments.

Helpful Tips:
- If you are a 1 st time user and want to Enroll, please complete the section under Enrollment. Enter your Account Number, Resident ID Number and click on “Click here to view Terms and Conditions” to read them. At the bottom of that screen, click on “I agree” to proceed.
- Have your billing account number, resident ID number, routing number and bank account number on hand.
- Account numbers are case sensitive; please use all CAPITAL letters (no dashes).
- Please verify your bank account number after you enter it. You will not be flagged for an invalid account number prior to submitting payment. An invalid account number will result in a returned payment and you may incur a late fee.
- Account balances are updated Tuesday - Friday after 6:00 PM.
- Payments made over the weekend will be reflected on your account Tuesday after 6:00 PM.
- Please note that partial payments are not accepted.
- Please do not use the “Back” button on the top tool bar.
- When adding an Automatic Payment, please scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Confirm” to complete the set up.
- Please do not click “Confirm” more than once.
- After making a payment, please print your confirmation before clicking on “Send Email Notification”.
- Confirmation emails may take up to 24 hours to receive.
- Session will time out after 30 idle minutes.
